Library is operated by the Kreatix project. Contact [email protected] for access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests.
The app stores favorites, playlists, recent searches, and an anonymous installation token on your device. Uninstalling or clearing app data removes that local library. There is no cloud account sync.
The server stores source metadata, imported audio, your installation identifier and rights declaration for imports, and report details. IP addresses are used temporarily for rate limiting. Source services receive server-side search and download requests; remote cover images may be loaded directly from their hosts.
Reports are sent to the operator by email and retained while resolving claims and where needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Import provenance is retained while a recording is hosted and where needed for disputes. Contact us to request deletion, subject to legitimate retention needs.
We use this data to operate the service, process requested imports, prevent abuse, and handle legal obligations and claims. We do not sell personal data or use advertising trackers. Your national data-protection authority can receive complaints. Hosting and email providers process information necessary to deliver the service.
